Flyer Design Brief
We need a color CMYK high resolution, print quality horizontal real estate property flyer designed in the sizes of 10" wide and 6.7425" tall and another one in 11" wide and 8.5" tall.
Ad should be professionally looking to U.S. standards. It should be sleek, modern yet classy.
We uploaded in Briefs logo files, agent photo, 2 photos of the property (Must use both) and a sample of a flyer for Ritz Carlton Luxury Residence. We like how the overlay atop the first photo in the Ritz Carlton flyer with the company logo in the overlay. We'd like to incorporate that with our logo, the background color of the overlay should match that of our logo. DON'T CHANGE LOGO COLORS. Only use two colors in ad (exact logo blue color and white). The text in the overlay must be "FOR SALE - Potential Income Producing Commercial Office Building". Other details that should be prominent underneath are "15 Scully Dr., Schaumburg, IL 60193 - Asking Price: $650,000".
Add "Residential & Commercial" under our company logo in italic font.
Add in flyer: "Located seconds away from the Roselle Rd. & Schaumburg Rd. Intersection"
