I would like to understand the triple pun... I understood piqure (sting), l'Api Cure (treatment) but how does it express proximity to a church steeple? (i understand you actually have a steeple as a geographical landmark ) but the pun is for this particular case or it's something general in french language ....

in French, La Cure is the home where the preacher leaves.
