Design only or wih CODE? Thanks

well, i dont have any skill when it comes to ur questions! sorry, but whts the difference?

Design only: you will only receive a design file PSD (Photoshop Document). The difference is the psd file will be converted by your programmer to HTML / CSS (code).
With code: PSD file + HTML, CSS

i need a working, up and running website! i only have designercrowd! i dont have programers, so i guess the unswer is with code.

2. Work only for the design in this contest. then worked separately for the coding. The winner of this contest will do the job coding (out of contest).

honestly, i wish i can increase the budget, i want to, and i wiil if i can spare some more for this item, but this has nothing to do with how much i am offcially commiting here! so my budgest doesnt allow me increase it now mate, besides the website is only 3 or 4 pages at max not a complicated one in terms of functionlity too.
beside i am expecting the support of the designers as any designer is welcome to put samples of his work on the website. i am promoting this website to many companies in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. whcih means lots of good paid jobs!

i beleive that you understand by now that i want to work in my city as a sourcing agent for DC. so its a website for design studio.

well,  when it comes to the website itself, the main goal is to illistrate the works.  works will be classified into mainly four catergories as DC. which are corporate identity, print design, grpaghic design and webdesign. "dont know the other design types like "adv design" will naturally fall under one of those catergories or not".

i need the client to be able to sort the viewed designs based on type "not catergory" and designer too. as if the client sort the works by designer. it should provide him a little bit of informaiton about the designer. a couple of lines only. "a design says a 1000 words".

contact page, customer should be able to submit an order only, no payement, just a drop list of the design types, a brief of the design, and web preferences as in here in DC.

i need the website to be elegent and catchy, it  needs to show our ability to produce creative and elegent work for the client. though i need it to be comfortabel for the eye to land at..

please note that i need you to produce a matching logo & a business card that has the colors and the same theme of the website.
