Graphic Design Brief

I need a basic graphic design (including logo, color palette, font) for a local prosthodontist, based in the German part of Switzerland. The graphic design should be adaptable for a website or adverts later. So, I basically need a CI/CD manual as well as a logo. Main color should be blue. On the logo, there sould be a single tooth or a set of teeth. Furthermore, on the Logo, there sould be written "Zahnprothetik Schwarzenbach". The font should be very simple to read (e.g. Verdana, Calibri or Arial) and the font size should be big enough. Please find an example (not very professional) as an attachment.
