Easy to read deign for a neon sign in a cafe

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS AND PLEASE USE TO DISPLAY IDEAS.
the maximum width of design must be 1250mm at the widest point
the smallest the letters can be (due to the construction of the neon tubes) must be at least 80mm in height. The letters can be larger. We want the design to be quite basic but if it could be made to look like a classical neon sign that would be a nice touch.
