Logo Design Brief

My nutrition company will be called 'a shift in nutrition' I would like the logo to be a bicycle with a basket overflowing with different kinds of vegetables with a small shift on one handlebar which would have 4 levers named Seasonal, Organic, Unprocessed and Local. I was thinking maybe one of the wheels could have the word aShiftinNutrition going around in a circle within one wheel and the other maybe have carrot spokes?? need to have the two middle n's stand out from one another, perhaps capitalize one?
