Web Design Brief

We have an enterprise application with 10 to 15 core pages and several supporting pages or popups. To start, we want the graphical design of the Users, Roles and Data Source pages and their supporting popups, wizards, etc. to be made beautiful. That is around 10 pages in total. There is a fair amount of redundancy among the pages. I have attached 5 screenshots. We very much want the pages to project a premium feel. That is absolutely essential. The color scheme is blue and sometimes yellow (only if it makes the page look better) plus black, gray and white. If the design of these screens goes well, we would expand the project to continue with other pages. The core of what we are looking for is graphic in nature but we are open to workflow suggestions if you have them. The Roles screen needs some improvements to the layout. I am looking for everything that includes icons, fonts, spacing, etc. I assume getting to the final design will take some back and forth with multiple revisions.
