Invitation Design Brief

We are a concrete and cement company located in Canada named Lehigh Hanson Canada Limited.
I am looking to create one invitation to four different semi-formal, long service recognition dinners in different locations for staff who have been at our company for 20+ years.
The invite will be double sided with meal choices on the back (we will need to add this info once the restaurant provides it). The different locations will also need to be able to change the date, location, times and RSVP info, as well as add a line or two if needed. The invite needs to be completely editable.
It is important that our logo be formatted as per our Brand Standards and parameters, which I have attached.
I have also attached a copy of the invitation that was used last year.
