Logo Design Brief

I like the style of this logo so I would something similar. I like the idea of design a pizza slice instead of A but I want to develope the word SPIAZZA it's a mix between pizza and piazza (square) and give it the italian colour. I don't want to keep the italian phrase below and I need to have it till next friday. we sell italiana pizza on trucks as street food. Thank you very much
