Logo Design Brief

Simple in black - white - yellow. Like school bus.

I am starting a new business, so there is not much of a background! I would like to create a bistro, as a fast food model but healthy and organic! The concept is thought as a School bar - a bar that will be located near the schools - where parents take their kids for healthy breakfast and have one themselves....
The bar continues to serve lunch and also tea and cake around 5.pm. It closes around 10p.m. Menu is set as 5 different salads and 5 different sandwiches. The drinks vary coffee , tea, fresh fruit juices , wine and beer. The bar is thought to look a little bit like classroom - using blackboard, school tables and chairs! The most important thing is the packaging because the bar will serve ( like McDonald's model) food and drinks that one can both consume in or outside
the bar - or simply - take it away!

As colours, I imagine "school colors" black - white - yellow! The logo is supposed to be " jung"

But at the same time intelligent and elegant!
