Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a main logo for our business. Attached is something our friend did, looking for something similar. We are two women who hold outdoor bootcamps. It's a more women dominate clientele. Although our name suggests a woman focused workout we want the color and feel of the logo to be pretty gender neutral, with maybe an enfaces on the MISS in missfits.
