Logo Design Brief

The logo is for The Monarch Tea Room which is located in O'ahu, Hawaii and is themed around the Royal Monarchy. I have uploaded a file with has a crown made from leaves that I would like to have a version of (a crown from tea leaves?).

I need a professional design presented in the correct format for printing on letterheads and business cards. Suggestions for improvements on the design are also welcome. Our colours are muted gold/brass and duck-egg blue close to these colours:
