Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo design for website and for use with media, content, and business cards. I want it to embody aspects of the business that merge body, mind, and spirit using a 5 spoke method to self-discovery, that relies on: 1) integrity, 2) nourishment, 3) play, 4) stillness, 5) community. The philosophy of the business is: "Transforming constricting patterns or beliefs into expansive opportunities." The business name has a few components. "I Am..." is a invocation of the highest calling, representing how we can empower ourselves with our mind and words. "...Soul..." being the connectivity between all things. "...Surgeon..." representing my training as a surgeon, and the healing hands-on application of a discipline.
