STAND UP POUCH Package Artwork
Also a $300 bonus may also apply if stellar and timely and save us money on plates / cylinders.

This project is for retail nutritional products in stand up pouches zipper resealable pouches.

This project is for experienced designers for 2 different products in a line that are already in commerce. We want to keep our company branding logo the same, but want to completely redo the look of these two products. if selected for shortlist we will provide a look at what it is now and it needs to be a complete departure from that. Since we are switching from bottles to pouches this is a great time for a complete departure. Art work will be placed on metalized stand up resealable pouches. Knowledge of cylinder use for artwork (these are like plates and are very expensive so would like to hold to no more then 4 cylinders) Therefore creativity with color is paramount. Any and all question will be welcomed and responded to. This is a GO project so selection will be speedy so show us your best stuff when responding. Must be done in all original artwork.

The look for this project is as follows:

1. Elegant look, timeless, minimal colors optimal impact, strong branding, recognizable by site on shelves, clean lines.

DETAILS

1. Please provide samples of your work pertaining to package design and if on pouches even better.

2. Responses to our posting. Generic responses will be ignored, another words, no spam.

3. The artist(s) that are selected for drafts will be provided with further details on the project.

4. Product A: will be on a 191mm x 267mm x 102mm stand up pouch with gusset bottom. This is a single product with two flavors, Chocolate and vanilla. So when designing for this one think of a way to have minimal cylinder changes. This is a high end nutritional vegan shake type product.

5. Product B: will be on a 127mm x 203mm x76mm stand up pouch with gusset bottom. This is a high end weightless type product.

6. Printing templates will be provided for reference, pouch images will be available to see color options of pouches, tag lines, nutritional facts panel, etc…
Some possible elements will be available on our drop box also.

UPDATE: 12-21-13
I have uploaded pdf's of the product(s) labels which are in commerce now on bottles. We want a complete departure from these looks as we switch to pouches. Here is some other info that can be helpful and please do request any other insight you may need. I only included the silloette as maybe a lame idea to make the bag appear more 3D and to give a square / rectangle pouch look sexier. Fonts and colors are the artists concepts and we don't want to taint ideas. Color coding to tie this suite of products together is good, as this combo is sold as a package and stand alone.

The name of the products

Branding emphasis should be on the product name, company logo can be recolored to work with any design color scheme.

1. Balance (tag: For Life) Each pouch contains 10 servings
A: Dark Chocolate Bliss
B: Vanilla Creme

People need to know this is a vegan product > vegan pea protein > 25 grams protein, etc.
How you accomplish this design wise without it getting to busy u will know best.
The product should look VERY Rick, luxurious, high end. I don't want to taint your creativity so hesitate to give color schemes. Nor do I want to limit ideas on fonts. There is no ego with me like many clients. I just want the best design that sells a product. A package is indeed art and people love to show off art. So while keeping the product respectable, artistic flare is cool and can create a conversation and lead to a sale. Hope this is helpful, Rick

This is an adjunct to Balance and is bought many times when a person buys Balance, so they should be tied together but be able to stand alone. This should also look rich, and any person would like to have it o their home counter or their office desk without feeling uncomfortable. In my opinion, every place a person places a bag is a point of potential sale, Either on store shelves, or o any public surface.
