Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a company I am starting called 'Compass Transaction Coordination'. I will be a virtual assistant for real estate agents. Essentially taking care of the paperwork and mundane tasks for residential real estate agents don't necessarily have time or the desire to take care of. I want a logo that includes a simple compass rose and possibly integrate a house outline. The colors for the design should be limited to shades of blue, grey, or green. I prefer clean lines and simple text over lots of cursive or detailed fonts.
