Can you please guarantee the project payment?

Normally I don't do non-guaranteed projects as some clients walk away and ask for a refund. I am taking a chance on you mainly because of your comments on my portfolio. Please keep the project open until the deadline, it's a lot of work, more like an illustration than a logo design. Thank you.
