Flyer Design Brief

We have 38 search and rescue volunteers and we need to create individual profile pages for an upcoming event. We want these to represent our brand and look similar to other work we have created but with new content. I have included a poster that we have used in the past to highlight volunteers (used for an ad campaign--which we aren't doing this time) but we want it changed up a bit. WE want their name, SR#, the year they joined the team and a few funny facts about them. This poster should show strength while also representing humanity (and a little humor). I'm picturing grid like background and strong colors. Also including our 25th anniversary logo which should be included.
