Flyer Design Brief

I have a very boring text only leaflet I would like to turn into a professional appealing medical leaflet to give to my patients. I would like to get this onto two pages of a4 if possible and its intended for electronic distribution mainly.

This will be for patients so it must be professional.

It must also contain a copyright logo on it and my name near the start (Dr Mark Ibrahim) so my colleagues can't use it easily.
