Graphic Design Brief
I had a trailer full of personal belongings stolen from me out of a hotel parking lot long ago. In there, among other things, my original framed black belt certificate. The teacher has passed away long ago, there's no way to get it replaced. So I intend to reproduce it, which will be a challenge. It was ornate.

Requirements
Must have
- Correct dimension (14" left to right by x 11" top to bottom / a horizontally oriented certificate) and quality that resembled the original. I will upload a sketch of the original. Originally printed on parchment, heavy weight paper.
Nice to have
- The original had gold foil borders, which is common for these kinds of certificates. It would be the best to reproduce that. The border is a commonly used border I think. The border featured 2 Phoenixes facing each other at the top, and their long tail feathers created a border around the certificate. I uploaded a picture of one. Mine have had the exact same design, or close to it. Watermark background image was a big badge in black, inside of the badge in light yellow was Chinese characters for martial arts ( reference included in uploaded pictures). The far left vertical row of Chinese writing and the far right were the same font size, in black. These are in the uploaded reference pictures. The second row of vertical Chinese writing on the left was in red, and a bigger font than the other rows. The IKFSSA logo in the bottom left of the certificate was a sticker, which can no longer be acquired; I've included a picture of what it looked like. This was not a feature on every certificate. If it can be done, great.
Should not have
- Any kind of signatures / reproductions. The certificate will be later signed by the association in lieu of the original. Copy and paste pixelated low quality images.
