Logo Design Brief

We are a Real Estate/Building Company in Grand Junction, CO looking for a logo for our new subdivision. We are looking for a simple, yet sophisticated logo that's longer rather than taller. The subdivision has more of a country feel, with beautiful panoramic views. We would like to see either a stream/brook and/or wheat somewhere in the logo. Because of the location and feel of the houses that will be built, we would like to keep the color scheme to neutral/Earthy tones.
