Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Phnom Penh - Cambodia called "Ooctane". We are a venture capital investment fund with goal to invest into early stage startups (tech and non tech) and providing them with a support of network and expertise from the fund founders. We are open in terms of colors, limited to 2.
The origin of the name is coming from the word “Octane” (the fuel used for planes and boats), we are doubling with another O to double charge the power and speed of the Octane, providing a High Octane.
