YouTube Design Brief

I am looking for a simple YouTube intro and outro. The into I would simply like my logo (to be provided) to appear social media logos at the bottom. Essentially this will be a graphic design that I use for an intro.

The outro I would like to have social media logos and the word subscribe. Also the words “check out my latest uploads” and two boxes where I can insert clips of my video into it (the design is just a graphic) This outro essential is a graphic design.

The last item I am looking for is a YouTube banner that has my logo (to be provided) and social media logos and my photo with “lifestyle, business & more”. And of course “new videos weekly”.
