Web Design Brief
The Generation Digital Party of Australia has a design for its logo and now is looking for a website proposal. The initial website is being powered by blogger with plans to move to an ExpressionEngine based site. The current website is at www.gdparty.org
Its likely if we see a design within the next 2 days we like it will be selected before the 5 days has expired.
Target Market(s)
Looking for a design that will appeal to both the "online" generation as well as more casual internet users. These users might be comfortable with online banking and perhaps hotmail/skype but not much more.
I personally like the "feel" of trakax.com and jivesoftware.com. You might like to look at the other major political parties in Australia to see what probably quite a lot of "market testing" and money is acceptable to the Australian population. We are aiming for Generation X and younger and well as the baby boomers who get the 2.0 internet.
