Thank you for the invite to work on your ad project. I have just a few questions for you so I can make sure I set up files correctly for your editing and reproduction purposes.

What version of Photoshop are you running?
PC / Mac?
Coupons to be on the right hand side, is there a certain dimension area we need to keep within?
What are the final files that are required?
Will this just be used for print or web coupon as well?

I am running CS5, PC, no certain dimensions just on the right half of the page. Require a layered editable psd file. This will be used for print material. The top designs will be submitted to a voting poll for our franchisees to pick from so please submit as many designs as you would like.
