Logo Design Brief

Need a new logo for woodworking business. Few things that I like the idea of possibly being incorporated (obviously not all in one) are: a walnut, drill bit, saw blade, wood, tree, tree stump, a mallet or some kind of skull and crossbones feel to it maybe but not necessarily have a skull in it . Just something clean looking, that I can stamp on cards and products.
