Logo Design Brief

I need new logo design for a new construction/remodel company located in Vancouver, WA/Portland OR. As a general contractor I remodel kitchens, bathrooms, custom tile setting, custom building. Eventually I am planning to expand to building houses from ground up. I want bold, modern but classy look to my logo. Design that shows precision and sleek beauty. Not picky about colors but want it to be catchy to the eye. No super bright colors. I would like a logo that would look good on business cards, social media and eventually business website which we plan to go through you to create. I have attached a few looks/idea that i liked. I specifically love the metallic bright blue on rich black. It can be similarly white/blue on black.

Requirements

Must have

• Metallic blue/metallic grey/white logo on a while/black background. It has to work on both white and black background because i want my business cards to be black in color. But i am open to more ideas and suggestions. I also picked colors but still open to suggestions and new ideas. 3D look to it. Has to have full business name in it with pictorial or abstract logo. I have attached the certain look im going for.

Nice to have

• I am open to more color range to see if it would look better. Sleek 3D look to it.

Should not have

• Cartoonish style . Too simple.
