Logo Design Brief

Tridyne Projects Corporation needs a new logo. The etymology of the name "Tridyne" originally came from "Three People with Energy". We are looking to modernize the Logo (attached) which is simple the full company name in a colored, times new roman font. Other design Parameters:
- We would like simple / clean modern ideas.
- I think we should look at options that don’t follow the conventional symbol followed by the name style design. i.e. (See attached files to avoid)
- I think we should consider dropping the “Projects Corporation” or at the very least the “Corporation” part.
- I would like to see options where the “logo” or “art” is incorporated into the font / letters in a simple, clean, professional form. Along this thought I would like to have the designer develop a font vs. just picking a MS Word font and using a swoop or logo around / with it. Also maybe an option with a silhouette concept.
- We do have some limitation with our drawings / titleblocks. Gradient shading is very difficult to incorporate into a vector based format. The preferential layout would be length at least double the height. (4L x 2H up to 6L x 2H). The logo should translate well to black & white. At the end of the day, can the designer provide a CAD file of the logo or at least a vector style file attachment.
- Tridyne will also be redesigning its business cards with this re branding effort. We would like to create business cards that don’t have to incorporate / follow the logo design. I like the concept where the person’s name is bigger / more prominent than the company name, this is synonymous with how we market our people more than our name. (Maybe even incorporate the new logo font into the person’s name.) The new card will also be used with augmented reality to pop-up 3d graphics and videos.
