Web Design Brief

I am looking for a fully operational Weebly design for www.truehopetravel.com that has the following:
1. Menus - I want the ability to have Multiple drop down menus.
2. E-commerce - The first iteration doesn't need to have e-commerce but the I might want that ability in the future.
3. Registration forms that can be filled out online. (I would give the fields that need to be filled out.)
4. Contracts that can be read and signed online that would be legally binding. (I would give the contract wording)
5. Pictures - Incorporates Professional Pictures that I have.
6. Site is offering Travel Services.
7. Logo - I already have a logo being developed elsewhere.
8. Domain Name - I already have the domain name secured and a temporary self-made site up that is built on Weebly.
9. I want to be able to take your design and do my own changes via Weebly.
10. Feel free to use any of the things you have already seen on the placeholder site I have up right now.
11. I want password protected pages that can only be accessed by a password.
