Logo Design Brief

I'm a Vancouver Pet Photographer. All my shooting is done outdoors (usually beaches, parks or with cityscapes). Mostly dogs. I am hoping to move into more commercial animal shoots (like pet products, pet food brands, etc) and editorial work. I need a logo for my business cards, website and watermark for photos.

Requirements

Must have

• I have a thought about making the "L" in Tail an actual tail. I do like something playful, not stuffy or "too professional". I would prefer a horizontal format that I can also use as my watermark on photos. My business cards are a line up of cartoonish dog bottoms. Colours are dark turquoise, black, grey, white and light brown accents.

Nice to have

• Maybe the "A Tail To Tell" on one line and "Photography" below (perhaps in a different font or colour?) I like the idea of cursive font for the main title, making sure the "T"s don't look like "F"s. A dog bottom/tail as part of the logo could be cute

Should not have

• Not classic or too rigid.
