Business Card Design Brief

I'd like a new business card for the folks in my office. I recently became aware of a company that produces extra thick cards that seem to me to make excellent use of embossing. I have a logo that I like so I just need a design that uses embossing effectively, is simple and uses minimal color.

I am uploading our current logo of a tooth with a brush above it. I am also uploading another file with the words of our business. In your design please use the square version of the tooth vs. the strectched version. The original logo is the more square image but please use the words and the fonts of "Plattsburgh Dental Group" and incorporate that in the design.
