Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new beverage that I am launching soon.
Product info: name of it will be a non-alcoholic beverage, all natural, brewed, doesn't contain caffeine, artificial sweeteners, colors, dyes. What I would like to see is a more organic design, that isn't too busy and appeals to people who are going green. I need it eye catching, so the colors I would like to see are black, red, hints of green. The final design should be something that captures ones attention and makes them want to grab a bottle.
