Flyer Design Brief

Hi,

I need a set of 3 door hangers to advertise my real estate services. The design needs to be eye catching with the end goal of having ,y target audience contact me.

I have provided reference material and criteria to guide you. I am open to changes in language if you have something better in mind. My primary goal is to have them contact me.

I have attached a rough draft of what I have in mind. Compared to this design I would like the final product to stand out more and easier to read. Note the back will provide the bulk of the information regarding my services. The front needs to be the eye catching part.
