Logo Design Brief

Looking for a clean and modern logo for my real estate investment company. The name of the company is Paramount Properties. I’m not fan of very colorful logos, preferably black, white and grey but open to a touch of color (purple or navy) to make it pop.

I don’t have an exact vision for this logo, open to designer’s suggestions. Would like to see logo with a house/neighborhood/city graphic.
