Postcard Design Brief
We are looking to announce the groundbreaking of a new building, so there is your headline. Take a look at the attached Word file for the building specifics. You can use your imagination for the bullet points. This will be two-sided with the one of the pictures spread over the two pages as you creatively see possible. You can try a starred map with the rough location of Hattiesburg on the back. We will need room for the standard postal address and stamp on one side as well. Use the attached postcard as a reference, but this one can look much different. Looking for different ideas. I would want our logo and our mailing information just like the other postcard. Use the contact information for Damian Donati, Senior Vice President, 901-240-4776, ddonati@sinacompanies.com, www.SinaCompanies.com. Somewhere on the back, we will want to advertise our services to others. Perhaps some form of the last few sentences in the Word document. I will make constant comments, so feel free to submit multiple designs. I will make a winner before 10 days, so move quickly. Good luck!

Requirements
Must have
- All of the contact information for our company clearly.
Nice to have
- Something a bit more eye-catching and different than the same postcards we always get.
Should not have
- No crazy cursive writing or bright yellows or pinks. It should be exciting but not flashy.
