Billboard Design Brief

We need to create a billboard for our company located in Radford, VA. Our company provides off-campus student housing for the students at Radford University. We offer a variety of housing options (houses, town homes,apartments, and efficiencies) all of which are close to campus. Our properties come in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom options. Our company colors are burgundy, grey and white. we would like to push the idea of how close we are to campus. "Off-campus housing that not off the map" The billboard can be fun and geared to ages 17-25. There should also some connection to Radford University.
