Flyer Design Brief
Hello,
We have an upcoming annual banquet/fundraiser/benefit event that needs a flyer to be designed (12in x 18in). Attached is artwork from the same annual event last year—I'm not entirely the biggest fan of it.
I'm attached our style guide, logo, fonts, event tickets (maybe for inspiration), flyer from last year, and photos of our speakers.
Our theme this year is "American Muslims - Breaking Barriers." Here is what we mean to convey by that:
Muslim Americans are the most civically engaged community in America. They have raised millions. Built buildings for religious worship, education, and community events. They have come up with a myriad of creative solutions to maintain there identity and work within the environment they find themselves. They have managed to build institutions of learning, civil rights, charity both domestic and international, and political engagement.
They have however stopped all this great activity at their own border. Within the Muslim community. So it is time to break that boundary, pretend it does not exist, and continue the effort for the benefit of everyone not just the Muslim American community.
