Stationery Design Brief
Be Realty is a growing, 6-year-old real estate brokerage in Chicago. We are in the process of transitioning into a new headquarters location. Many of our marketing materials will need to be disposed of because they have the old office address. We are hoping to take this opportunity to develop a clean and cohesive set of branded materials.
We like clean, professional, and flexible designs that are understated but exude our enthusiasm that well-guided real estate decisions lead our clients to “be where they want to be.”
Specifically we are requesting designs for:
1) 9”x12” vertical folder with double pocket: used primarily for presenting sales materials during pitches to potential real estate buyers, sellers, or property management clients. One of the pockets should hold a business card. Required elements:
o Logo
o Tagline
o No address (allowing use in multiple office locations)
2) Be Marketed handout: used in the folder for marketing presentations (current version attached)
3) Legal-sized envelope
4) Professional letterhead*
5) Internal-use “Ways to Be” contractor training document template (example attached)*
6) External-use “Be Ready” guide document for clients (example attached)*
*prepared such that we can either implement as a Google Document template or professionally print.
