Graphic Design Brief

We are a Health and Wellness business that performs health assessments on our clients. Our unique physical assessment, "motivAGE", generates a biological age (their motivAGE) from the client's measurements, instantly showing them how healthy they actually are. For example, a 30-year-old who gets a motivAGE of 40 years knows that they are '10 years older' than their birth age, and this motivates them to make improvements to their lifestyle. They can then get re-assessed after improving their lifestyle to see how much 'younger' they have become. This progress provides an incentive to continue their healthy lifestyle. The motivAGE score is made up of 5 sub-AGES: heartAGE, bodycompAGE, aerobicAGE, strengthAGE, flexibilityAGE.

We are wanting a PROGRESS report template designed. The successful design will clearly demonstrate to the reader the progress they have made to their motivAGE over the selected timeframe, motivating them to continue with their healthy lifestyle.

I have attached the following files to assist with the project:

1. Mockup: showing the type of information to be displayed. NOTE that this is only to show you the information to display, not necessarily the layout

2. An example of 1 of the pages from an existing report we are currently generating for our clients. We would like the PROGRESS report template to be consistent with the look and feel of our current branding.
