Graphic Design Brief

I am looking for a 300x250 graphic for our Let's Grow Leaders Learning Lab. This is a push technology system that reinforces our leadership training between sessions directly to participants phones or email, through video, assessments, polling, action learning, and gamification.

It needs to be consistent with our color scheme and fonts (I'm attaching guidelines as well as our Let's Grow Leader's logo). You can take a look at our website to get a feel for how this would fit in. http://letsgrowleaders.com .

We would want an image that implies high tech, but fun and appealing to millennials (and gives a sense of what the system is about).
