Invitation Design Brief

AMT MARINE is a luxury boat broker located at Marina Mirage on the Gold Coast. We are seeking a talented graphic artist to design a glamorous, Mediterranean inspired invitation for our existing clients who have purchased luxury vessels from us in the past as well as potential new boat owners. The event is to attend a party at our marina location on the same weekend as the Marina Mirage Boat Show, a prestigious annual event for boat lovers. The focus is on our party first and the boat show second. Our party will have live band, catering and alcohol.

One invitation design for two purposes:
1. hard copy mail out to our client list
2. in a format we can upload for use in emailing to clients via https://www.paperlesspost.com/

Requirements

Must have

• Details of the event - THE MARINA MIRAGE BOAT SHOW FRIDAY 25 – SUNDAY 27 MAY, 2018 I 9AM – 5PM DAILY
• The Invitation - to attend AMT Marine party on Saturday evening from 5pm. Live Band, Drinks and Food.
• Inspiration / color theme and art style is mediterranean/ venice per the attached guidance below.
• Image to include - water, luxury boat, aperol spritz & champage (refer to catering document), waterside location.
• BRIGHT Colors.
• LOCATION Features/ Landmarks

Nice to have

• We want the art style per the guidance attached. However we would like to include some landmarks of where we are located - being Marina Mirage on the Gold Coast. Please refer to the location document attached.

Should not have

• My project must not have sail boats in it. They need to be luxury motor vessels.
