We purchased a condo in the Carribean and this will be our logo for cups, koozies stationary, etc. We use it as a short term rental and this will be branding. Island Ranch was born since we are from Texas and everyone has a ranch, but instead of buying a Texas Ranch, we purchased a spot in the Carrbean...our Island Ranch! 17 is the Unit number of the condo.
