Letterhead Design Brief

I would like to use the letterhead for letters and to put different forms on that I create to hand to clients. So it will have some various uses.

I don't want huge graphics that make the area of use for other things in to small. I would like clean and neat but also something that will draw your eyes to and say this is a professional organization.
