Logo Design Brief

We are a construction project in Monaca, PA building a petrochemical plant. We are a "sub-team" of the project in charge of the Ethane Cracker Unit (ECU). The unit takes in ethane (C2H6), heats it up through furnaces, cool its down and outputs ethylene (C2H4).

We are developing a logo for our ECU (ethane cracker unit) construction team to use mainly for hardhat sticker, hats, shirts and signs/flags. I would like to use the University of Michigan seal as go-by for both the design style and color scheme (blue and maize/gold). The design should consider the "print-ability" on hard hat stickers (usually about 2" diameter) and clothing. We would also like to use the Keystone symbol in the design.
