CD Cover Design Brief

Esteemed Designers, thanks for considering my project! I am producing a 4-song EP entitled "Briefcase" The CD sleeve will be a simple two sided design with designed image of a briefcase like the attached, though it does not need to be photorealistic. It could be a highly stylized version. I do think it needs to be square however since CD covers are square. The back and front should be the back and front of the briefcase. Could be color (muted!) or grayscale. This is my website to give you a feel of my previous work and aesthetic: alexisharte.com I am attaching a zipped file of the CD sleeve template I plan to use for manufacturing.

Must have

• Simplicity, an iconic feel, strength of conviction in the lines. Grace and Economy.
• The front cover will say: "Alexis Harte" and "Briefcase" though how you present text is of course up to you.
• The back cover will list the 4 songs:
• 1. The Night Of My Death (3:25)
• 2. Your Money Or Your Life (3:39)
• 3. Walk Me Down (3:51)
• 4. Rowing Back (3:10)
• and have a link to my website: www.alexisharte.com
• The CD itself could look like a sheet of a paper (hence the "briefcase"). It would have the song titles, my website, as well as the copyright and phonorecord symbols ("c" and "p" within circles ) "2018" and say "alexis harte. unauthorized duplication prohibited"
