today is March 29 and contest Deadline -- Friday, March 30, 2018 UTC
But project status still looks - Closed (Pending Selection). Therefore new designers can't submit designs.

Really? That's strange, the project is displayed as being "open" on my screen.

Do you know what I can do to fix this problem? I've already extended the deadline to Friday, March 30, so it's supposed to be open and functioning.
