Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for invention in programming. It should communicate multiple variations of components. The meaning of the word "components" relates to these contexts: Components are things that can be abstract. Components can consist of other components. Components can have multiple variations. And components are always compatible with other components.

Ideally the logo should only contain symmetrical elements, that would compose the logo. such as triangles or origami-inspired logos. very smooth gradients are preferred, or no gradients at all.

We'd love a logo where an icon and the text "compony" nicely co-exist but the icon can be standalone too. It may be cute and simple, yet powerful.

We'd really like the logo to look somehow like the ones attached.
