can you make it guaranteed project?

I would make it a guaranteed project, if I would be able to trust designers'' quality of work. So far I did not see much users, who are able to perform on the level we need and non-refundable project is a loss of money and time.

It is not in our interests to withdraw the project unless designer will be unable to find the right feet for our business concept.
