Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new business in Monmouth, IL. I am opening a banquet room, meeting/training center, reception venue, place where wedding/baby showers, birthday parties, etc can be held. The color scheme is black, white, charcoal gray and the decor is shabby chic...elegant with a touch of rustic. I would like the logo to reflect a classy but yet warm and welcoming environment. The name of the venue is Mek's On Main with possible tag line of "Meet at Mek's". I'm not certain if the logo should just be Mek's On Main or if it should be Mek's On Main with a subtitle under it such as Banquet Room.
