Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new program offered in our community (Wawa, Ontario, Canada) called the "Wawa Wood Heat Rebate" program. The program will offer financial incentives for local people to upgrade their old wood burning appliance to a new, more efficient model, or also to switch from using fuel oil and propane to a wood burning appliance. We would like to see the design include natural/wood/fire related elements and also to hopefully communicate the saving of money. It needs to look professional but eye catching.
