I would like to submit a design for this project. Would a design using Wix web design be acceptable? Site would be flash based - highly graphic, with slide shows of images - multimedia elements (images, music, video, etc.) can easily be incorporated, and it will be easy to add to or change once complete. Site must be hosted on Wix,com. Please advise.

I will first need to find out what a Wix,com is and if servers in Australia provide web hosting of this kind. Thankyou.

are you looking for a layered psd file? or do you need the coding too (xhtml)? Also, if you need hosting and a content management system (CMS) so you can make updates and changes on your own, I can also provide that with my design.
